1. I have been with Al Patel since 1996 when I first moved to South Carolina. He came highly recommended and I have not been disappointed. His customer services is excellent and there is not an issue that I have ever contacted him with that he has not help me resolve. His staff is prompt and courteous and they even greet you by name when they answer the phone. It is a nice personalized touch that I have never experienced with any other business. Mr. Patel is always reviewing my account to make sure I have the proper coverage and discounts and advises me when there is a way for me to save money or to protect myself even more. I highly recommend this agency whenever I get the opportunity to do so.

2. Al Patel has always been a very attentive, friendly and helpful insurance agent. When I first came to his agency in 2008, he was very friendly and handled my switch from an out-of-state agency quickly and easily. He went through all my options and found me the best deal on the right coverage for my car at the time. A couple years later, when I bought a new car, he was directly involved in helping me understand what kind of new coverage I would need for the more valuable vehicle. Later, when I moved into a new apartment, he made the process of getting renter’s insurance very easy and for less money than thought. Even though his agency has grown significantly in the last few years, he still maintains his level of service, asking to meet once a year to go over all of my policies and help make any changes I need.
