Bob was extremely friendly and welcoming. My husband and I had just purchased our first home and had moved to a different part of the state and needed homeowners insurance as well as auto insurance. Bob was able to make suggestions and find some good prices for policies and as he searched for deals himself, he was super friendly and very easy to talk to and relate to. I especially appreciated that he took the time to explain certain issues with the property we bought, i.e., flood plain and the ramifications if we were to use a wood-burner that was located in our basement. There were numerous photos of Bob and his family in his office and unlike most of the big insurance carriers’ offices, Bob’s office space has a very homey and welcoming feel, far better suited to making people feel as if they matter and are not just a number.
My only reason for a 4, instead of a 5 rating is that I would like to feel that Bob is actively reviewing my coverage to offer me the best deals possible for our insurance needs.
