We’ve been very satisfied thus far with Mike Baker’s Agency for State Farm. When we first moved to the area, we were required to have rental insurance for our apartment. The leasing agent told us that many people in our complex went though Mr. Baker’s agency, so we visited their office and got a great quote and friendly service. The agents were great about explaining everything to us–which was needed because we knew nothing about renter’s insurance at the time. We eventually switched our car insurance over to State Farm as well to take advantage of a bundled product discount. Years later, when we bought our home, we used Mike Baker’s State Farm for our homeowner’s policy. Since then, we’ve been very satisfied with everything: our claims have been take care of quickly and easily and the staff is great about explaining the whole process and the product.
