We moved from out of state and one of our new friends/neighbors suggested this agent to us since he was located very close to where we live and they had a good experience with him. He was very welcoming, nice and helpful. His office is located conveniently. In the past dealing with other inurance agents directly, I have often felt like the experience was uncomfortable and almost like it was similar to dealing with a used card salesman. However, dealing with this agent didn’t feel like that at all. It was an easy and quick process. He made us aware of all of their offerings, but he did it in a way that felt like he genuinely wanted to help so I didn’t feel like he was trying to sell us something we didn’t need. I also felt like he understood our budget concerns. We only bought the insurance we needed and didn’t feel pressured. Any questions we have had since then have been answered pretty quickly.
