2. Switching to the agent has been a good experience overall. It was less time consuming then I thought it would be. They offered a good deal on both car insurance and homeowners insurance with i couldn’t do with geico previously. They took care of all the paper work and calls. All I had to do was provide account numbers and they set everything up right away. About a 6 months into service I had a problem with my escrow account, Jeremy and his team handled it for me without the hassle i would have had to endure. They spent a lot of back and forth time with my lender and finally got things straightened out after about a month and many phone calls. Jeremy always knows what is going on with my accounts and calls me periodically with changes or new information. Just recently I totaled my car. Jeremy and his staff were very efficient working on my claim. They were concerned for my well being and were very helpful in a stressful time. He handled everything to do with my claim and helped me with dealings with the other insurance company. It only took a few days to get my pay out for the cars worth and I got a new car with no hassle. When i called to put my new car on they helped me add it to my policy and even helped me put better coverage on it being a newer car. They are always professional and get the job done.
