It went from great to horrible in a matter of weeks
My husband and I wanted to save money on car insurance for our two vehicles and this State Farm agent Fred Saracino kept sending us letters and flyers that they would be able to save us money on our car insurance. My husband and I took our 3 children due to lack of childcare and they made the experience unforgettable. I literally didn’t have to watch my two older ones (2and4) at all because one of the ladies there, Dee played with them the whole time. The agent we worked with, Andrew Perkins, was helpful in explaining the policy coverages available for our cars and it was significantly less than what we were paying. In fact, we were able to bundle car, renter’s and 2 term life (100kand250k) all for ten dollars less than we were paying just for 2 cars with Progressive. So that was all good except my husband was required to take a physical for his term life policy. They told me I wouldn’t need to because I had a lower term payout amount. Well I had to take a physical anyway. This was November 12 that we switched and within two weeks had our physicals completed and still have not received our ‘sealed’ results or policy papers in the mail as promised. And our agent?! No where to be found! I can’t get him on the phone and he won’t reply my emails. This is really sad because it’s hurting them more than me. Customer service an satisfaction is what business ad return customers depends on.
