I have used this agency for over 25 years, I used to have the dad, but he retired. Brian is the son, and I think he was in my brother’s class in high school. I have had very few claims in all those years. Whenever I have had a claim, I was always treated promptly and with respect. It is always easy to reach them by phone. Calls are returned in a quick manner if he is on the other line or out of the office. Questions are answered to my satisfaction and things are explained to me slowly to make sure I understand what exactly is covered or not. Payments have been prompt and they have never tried to nickle and dime me. When My child started driving they had a little lecture for her where Brian explained about safe driving and how important it was.
My child was learning how to drive and needed to be added to the insurance. Brian asked if I would like him to explain to my child how insurance works and go over the rules . We had a meeting in his office and he went over all the rules with her. he also explained what would happen if she was a poor driver, such as having accidents or speeding tickets. He told her how her actions would affect not only her, but her parents. I appreciated this very much because teenagers are selfish and hearing it from a younger person seemed to help her understand better. We then proceeded to go over costs so she could see how different car types have different risks associated to them. I feel that we left the office satisfied with our choice and that Brian was honest with the information he provided.
