Jamie went to high school with me. He promised to help me out with my insurance. Besides taking my money, he never is in the office whenever I call. I wonder if he is just hiding whenever I call. He also will respond to my emails a week later and it hurts my feelings. I wanted to file a claim after an accident and he was nowhere to be found. I had to talk to his colleague in order to file claim. I ran into him at the grocery store and demanded him be more attentive to my needs and he said that he would. That was a month ago and things still haven’t changed. The price is fine with me but I want a new insurance provider for me.
