Most recently we bought a new car and went into the office to change our car insurance policy. This was done without an appointment, but they were fast, friendly and helpful as had been the case with all previous transactions. The spoke to us about life insurance which we are not ready to buy at this time. We didn’t feel any pressure and they simply let us know that we could come by any time we decided.
