   We have the insurance we want for our house and cars, but we wish they would have covered our farm as well.

   We first started off with getting our home insurance with Rex Massey. We had had State Farm before and liked it, but didn’t like our old agent, so we decided to call Rex instead. He was very friendly and we were confident we made the right decision switching agents. We also called him when we wanted to get insurance on our farm and house we wanted to remodel, but they did not want to cover the house remodel until we had some of it finished, which we haven’t yet. When we bought our mini van a couple years ago, we called to start insurance on it and they suggested we see if State Farm Bank would give us a better rate. They did, so we switched our loan to State Farm as well as had the insurance with them. We were very how easy Rex Massey’s office made the application and insurance to get. We hardly had to do anything, the agents there did all the work. We also contacted Rex Massey for our truck loan and insurance and did those through State Farm as well. There were some minor issues with them taking payment out on the wrong days, but they were quickly resolved. On the whole, I’ve been very happy with how Rex Massey and his office have handled our business and will likely be a customer for a long time to come.
