Ron has always been very helpful when we needed assistance with our insurance. When we were starting out, we paid a little more to keep our deductable low. As we have gotten older and don’t need the low deductable he has adjusted our policy Every time we have made an adjustment to our car insurance the office staff has been very helpful and responsive. State Farm really helped me and my family out when our house had major plumbing issues. The entire process was long and stressful, but Ron and his team were super helpful and accommodating. We have car, and homeowners coverage with them and would highly reccomend them to anyone looking for an agent that cares. We were able to take care of everything over the phone and email. That was mass convenient. They were even able to deal with moving me off my previous auto insurance onto my new coverage. They didn’t try to push me to buy anything I didn’t want and took time to explain everything to me, even when I had to ask them about some things multiple times.
The price I got here was much lower than prices I was quoted at online places like Progressive and Esurance. A good choice! I didnt think my 5 year relationship with my previous insurance could of been beat- I was wrong. Ron and his team have me covered from top to bottom and I am saving a significant amount of money from the previous company.
