1. When I was returning to Dallas, I wanted to get a local insurance agent that was close to my house. I had used Farmer’s Insurance before, and was happy with their service and product. Mr. Turner’s office is only about 2 miles from my house, so his office is very convenient for me. I went in, and he was right there at the front of the complex, and he even greeted me personally before I checked in with the front desk to see about getting insurance. The lady that took my information was also pleasant, but it was just her and Mr. Turner at the time in the office. They were a bit busy, the phone was constantly ringing. After a wait of about ten minutes I was shown in to his office. He asked a lot of questions to find out exactly what kind of policy I needed, and what I could afford. At the time, I did not include home owners insurance, I just got coverage for my automobile. A few years later, my insurance carrier for home owners was closing an office, and I was going to have to find different coverage. I gratefully took the opportunity to change it over to Farmer’s, mostly because Fred Turner had been so helpful to me in the past!”
