1. Kevin has always responded quickly to any of my questions or concerns. Even though I have numerous health issues, he worked hard to find me a viable life insurance policy when others could not. When I have had to file a claim, his agency has always been responsive and courteous. I was little reluctant at first because my prior Allstate agent sold his business and so I automatically was assigned to Kevin. I have been pleasantly surprised and am quite pleased with his service. Kevin has taken it upon himself to contact me from time to time to see how things are going and make sure I haven’t had any major life changes to be addressed. Most agents will do similar checking for additional sales and I’m sure that is a part of Kevin’s motive as well, but he does honestly seem to be concerned as well.

2. I first purchased auto insurance through Allstate in 2012 through another agent, whose agency was later transferred to Kevin Kimberly. I chose the agency at my father’s recommendation and the experience has been a good one, no hassles, good pricing, and an accident I was involved in was covered to my satisfaction. My vehicle was totaled and with the funds I received I was able to replace it with a similar model vehicle. When that accident resulted in a lawsuit, Allstate provided legal coverage for the duration of the suit and was able to successfully negotiate a settlement so that I did not even have to go to trial to resolve it. I would recommend the agency to friends and family as my father did to me, because I have been completely satisfied.
