1. I first found Terresa about a year and a half ago when I moved into my first house. I knew I needed renter’s insurance but did not know where to start. Since my family has used IFB for our other insurance needs I knew I wanted to use the same company. I didn’t know what kind of policy or coverage I needed. I am a small business owner and work from home. Terresa helped me find the level of coverage I needed so that if something happened to my home, which is also my business I would be in good shape. A few months after getting Renter’s Insurance I realized my need for Life Insurance. She helped me find a policy that fit my needs at the moment, and was great at getting the tons and tons of paperwork filled out. She made it very easy for me! A few months after that I decided to buy the home I was living in. Once again she came thru with her expertise on Homeowner’s Insurance, combined with what I would need since I do work from home. She is always very easily accessible. She returns any emails or phone calls or even texts, very quickly! Another great thing is that she can take payments over the phone. All of my bills are directly pulled from my bank account, which is great, I don’t have to remember to pay them! But the yearly IFB member due has to be paid separately. I had forgotten to pay it and wasn’t able to do it online. But one quick call to Terresa and 60 seconds later I was paid! She makes Insurance easy!”
