I called in to search for a new policy. The reason for this was because I felt I was paying way too much for my current policy. If I must be honest, I just loved how friendly Sarah was over the phone. When I called in and asked questions she was extremely helpful, asked me why I was looking to change my current policy. She answered all of my questions such as what exactly did the policy cover, the advantages that were offered by Amica, etc. She was extremely helpful and was sweet enough to work with me based on my schedule and my availability. She gave me her direct email so I can send her all of the documents she needed from me. She was sympathetic and overall awesome. She provided great customer service and was one of the few people I’ve worked so far that it was a pleasure working with.
