This office was recommended to us by my dad. At the time, we were shopping around for car insurance. After speaking to Dana on the phone, we signed up immediately as it was the best deal. It was a very easy signup procedure and we have had no problems with them at all over our almost two years as customers.
When we go into the office, we are treated like stars and our children get extra special attention. They are very friendly and as I say, the office has a small town feel even though it is a large company.
An extra special touch is the little cards we get during the holidays and on our birthdays. My wife even got a get well card as Dana knew that she had had surgery. Anytime we need to complete a form or do anything like that, it is made as simple as possible for us.
Dana has recommended life insurance as well and we haven’t taken it yet, but we definitely will. She explained it all so well and pointed out the benefits in a knowledgeable, yet not pushy way.
