1. I have had a positive experience with this agent, and the company in general. The office is conveniently located near my house and the staff is very welcoming and friendly. The agent was very good at finding me the right level of coverage for the budget I had. In my past experiences, insurance agents may try to sell you more coverage than you actually need to get a bigger commission. That was definitely not the case here. Additionally, when I have had a need for new insurance products, the agent has been very helpful in helping me determine which ones are the right fit for my situation. I haven’t had to make any claims on my insurance, but I know people who have and they have all been very satisfied with their experiences as well. I would recommend this agent to my friends and family.

2. I have very little experience with him. I have never been in an accident of had a speeding ticket. I did have something stolen out of my car once, but that was with a different agent who was quite helpful. I do almost everything online– last year I added my roommate to my insurance while he was getting a new car and I never dealt with him. For the most part, I think all major insurance companies are the same, and you should just go for cost or familiarity. I don’t know what else you want me to say about someone who I have talked to once in my life and that was a few years ago. The customer service people at GEICO are great and I have talked on the phone multiple times to them.

3. Matt has helped me with my auto insurance. He is a good agent and easy to work with. He was able to help me find the best rate available and to make sure that I was saving money. I moved from All State to Geico just because of him. He was able to speak to me in a professional way, and make sure that I was able to understand what I was gettting into. His office is very open and inviting, and he did not try and pressure me into picking something right away. I voiced my concerns for auto insurance and getting a good rate and he listened and made sure that all my needs were met. He made sure also that I got a good rate on my car insurance and that I could get as many discounts as possible. I was able to talk to him about anything and everything associated with getting good car insurance. I like how he knew about all the options available and was able to help me make the wisest choice. He knew what I faced in the past with bad insurance and being left in the dark, but this time he really helped me make a good decision and asked me specific questions. He pointed me to what I needed and not what I did not need. He made sure that I was able to find a good rate and the best in the city that I live in currently. I am very comfortable with what I found by working with him and taking his advice. “
