The personal service you receive from this office is like no other. They are a family owned business (3 generations working there now) and they treat everyone like part of their family. They take the time to sit down with you and explain everything about the policies that you are considering purchasing and they take the time to set everything up for you. They will call you personally if anything is going on and you need to know what is happening with your policy. They will come to your house to gather pictures if you have to file a claim and they will make sure you take the right steps to get everything covered they can. I was in the office last week making some changes to my car policies and my two year old was getting restless sitting there and one of the agents came and got her and blew up a balloon and played with her while we finished up and let her see his fish on his desk. That kind of service shows they care about each and everyone of their customers as more than just a customer but each as an individual. I highly reccommend that you call Tommy and his family to have your insurance quotes and consider changing. I could save about $20 a yr by changing to state farm but for me the customer service i get from Tommy is worth more than the extra $20 in premium I pay to know I have an agent that is there for me if I need him.
