A lack of communication
I never personally met Mr. Kennedy, I did all of my policy paperwork with his secretary, and both times I called in I received her as well. As far as I could tell, he was either never around or invisible and mute. I ran into problems with my policy and reached out to Mr. Kennedy, but never received a reply, which only caused the issue to compound. A sold week straight I had this problem and actively tried to contact him, but he never answered email or phone. Eventually I had to go into his office on my lunch break to sort out the problem only to find he still wasn’t around. I cancelled my policy, which was it’s own set of hoops (I had to call a number to get an email address I had to send my paperwork to which would then fax that paper work to corporate and THEN and only THEN did they cancel my insurance) and spent 3 months trying to get a refund for the amount they charged me. The experience as a whole was frustrating and showed a clear lack of commitment to customer service.
