1. There aren’t enough good words that I can say about Jim Whitlock’s agency. I have been with American Family insurance for years, but he is by far the best agent I have worked with. When I call the office I am always greeted by my first name and in a friendly and helpful manner. The front office staff resolves my issues about 90% of the time without actually having to talk with Mr. Whitlock. If I need changes to my insurance the staff quickly makes them and emails me support documentation. I don’t have to drive into the office to sign paperwork, they use electronic signatures so I can do it from the comfort of my home. If I do have to go into the office, it is very professional and clean. They offer my children drinks and snacks and really make us feel a part of a family/team. If I am unable to make an insurance payment for some reason, they will gladly suspend my payment and reschedule to another date, just so I don’t withdraw my bank account. I don’t know of any insurance company that would do that. When I lost my job I sat down with Mr. Whitlock and we went through my account to see where I could save money so that I could continue to afford insurance. They dropped my rate significantly while I was unemployed. I’ve never been bombarded with upselling and twice a year I get address labels in the mail as a small gift. All in all, I am very happy with my insurance agency and there isn’t anything I would change.
