Nina Jeong has provided our car insurance since I believe our family moved to the US from Korea. Because my parents could not speak English and because my sibling and I were too young to translate, Nina Jeong has made the entire process of processing claims as well as other administrative work very easy. Since then, we’ve also had her handle our homeowners’ insurance, then a few years later, our small business insurance as well. We haven’t had a lot of issues communicating with her and her staff, and they’ve even alerted us if a payment was late or on the verge of being late…except for one time, which actually caused one of our policies to lapse! That was a small disaster that could’ve been avoided, but I don’t fault her office for that. Sometimes people do have bad days, however, and she has sounded exasperated every once in awhile but she’s only human.
Knock on wood we don’t have to contact her again any time soon, though, because who really wants to make an insurance claim?”
