WE SWITCHED OUR POLICIES FROM KY TO OH, AND NOTHING GOT TRANSFERRED CORRECTLY RESULTING IN SEVERAL OVERCHARGES. OUR BILLS VARY FROM MONTH TO MONTH–WE MIGHT HAVE SEVERAL BILLS THAT ARE THE SAME BUT THEN THEY SHOOT UP TO 200+ DOLLARS. IT MAKES IT VERY HARD TO PLAN OUR BUDGET. WE CURRENTLY HAVE CAR INSURANCE ON TWO CARS, AND RENTER’S INSURANCE. WE WOULD SWITCH AGENCIES BUT I’M LEGITIMATELY AFRAID TO GO THROUGH THIS AGAIN. I DON’T EVEN FEEL COMFORTABLE BRINGING MY CONCERNS TO THEM ABOUT THE BILLING BECAUSE I AM SURE I’LL BE MET WITH RESISTANCE. THE PEOPLE THERE ARE NICE ENOUGH, BUT I AM DISAPPOINTED WITH THE INCONSISTENCY OF EVERY SINGLE THING WE HAVE HAD TO DEAL WITH WITH THIS PARTICULAR AGENCY. I AM PRETTY DISAPPOINTED BUT LUCKILY I DON’T HAVE TO DEAL WITH THEM VERY OFTEN.
