   I selected this insurance agency because it was near to my residence at the time, and was automatically paired with this agent to purchase auto insurance. She went above and beyond to make sure my policy became active that day. One year later, I renewed the policy after the exchange of a quick email. I have also worked with this agent to obtain a renters insurance policy. This process was also very efficient and simple, and I have continued to purchase this policy. While my renters insurance policy was in place, I also became engaged. Part of this process involved ensuring that my fiancee’s engagement ring was covered by insurance. I worked with my agent to add a rider to my existing policy, which she was able to put into effect on the same day that I completed payment for and picked up the ring. She has always taken care of my needs in a timely manner.
