It's been fine, nothing dramatic about it. Not really something I think about unless I need to renew
It’s a service that the law requires in order to drive. In Michigan, not having insurance is a misdemeanor, the car gets towed, bail generally needs to be paid ($200 I think, or $250). Anyway, insurance is a necessary evil. do I shop around for good prices? Of course I do, is it worth an hour of looking to save $60? Of course it is. As I said, it’s not something I generally think about until I need to renew. It’s a bit like paying an additional tax really. Pay it and all is well, don’t pay it and see what happens. I don’t have any complaints about the agent or the service, but I certainly wouldn’t endorse either. It’s just one of the things that has to happen in order for me to be able to drive from point A to point B without worrying I will get arrested for not having the service.
