Megan was a helpful agent when I was looking for affordable car insurance for my new car back in November of 2017. I bought a hybrid car, and had several questions about discounts that might apply to my new eco-friendly vehicle. Although I was underwhelmed with the discounts provided to me, Megan was helpful in letting me know that I qualified for a zero-accident discount, a merge assist discount, and even a discount for having a paypal account! While the over saturation of Geico commercials has always left a bad taste in my mouth, I will definitely consider looking past that to work with Megan in the future should I ever need to purchase any other types of insurance such as home, life or flood insurance. It says a lot about an agent when a customer could take or leave the insurance company itself, but continues to do business with them regardless.
She has always been quick to answer my calls if I have any questions, she is very reliable and trust worthy. When I was insuring my motorcycle she made small talk with my on the type of bike and riding I would do which made me more comfortable and put me on ease. She is a great person to have working on my insurance and I am sure I will continue to use her for the foreseeable and even recommend my friends and family to go see her. She is one of the few insurance agents of I have worked with where I genuinely feel like I am in good, qualified hands. With her I have never had a problem and never expect to. Overall I would rate Megan extremely highly.
