1. I have had Michael as an agent for several years but my account was passed to him when my prior agent had retired. The prior agent was excellent and not long before he retired had set up my accounts with what I believe were good plans. The prior agent had reduced some costs and made my plan work better for my needs. The experience I’ve had with Michael has been minimal since I really have not needed that many things from an insurance standpoint. The only interactions I have had were to remove a car from coverage. I have had no change in home owner coverage since Michael has been handling my account. I am still happy with my coverage since the prices are very competitive and I do not know what I would rather have from an insurance standpoint except for lower costs. I have been meaning to go in and visit and look at the coverage again to see if there is anything else that can be adjusted more favorably for me but I just had not had the chance to and there probably is not much more to fix. That said, overall, I am happy with my coverage and certainly would not move to an agency like Nationwide as an example – unless I was certain beyond a doubt that the cost savings would be substantial. Even if the costs were break even, I do not know if it would be worth it to me to switch because I have had a good experience so far and if I did get an inferior coverage, I would feel dumb for having cheaped out. “
