IT has been a very good experience with Carlos. I had never used an agent before so he took the time to explain everything and provide the best rate possible for my coverage. I had auto insurance previously with Progressive – but made the switch when I needed to apply for Homeowners coverage. He bundled the home and auto coverage for me and my fiancee. He and his staff are always available if I have question. It’s good that I don’t need to contact them very often because I don’t have many auto accidents. My homeowners coverage is something i worry about but I assume that is probably just the first time homeowner in me doing the thinking! It’s good to know that i have someone like Carlos available to talk to if I have any questions or concerns.
