I really have great experiences with Rick Gerety and his associate at Nationwide. They have many discount programs such as having a Farmer’s Bureau membership saves you tons of money over their auto and home insurance, also they offer a discount if you have more than one insurance with them. Speaking of their car insurance, they offer a program called SmartRide, which you need to plug in a device to you car to analyze your driving. When you participate in SmarRide program, you get a discount on your auto insurance. My family and I save a lot of money. Not only they offer reasonable price, their customer service is excellent. They handle our claims very well. Last year, my family member got in a car accident, but Nationwide was able to sue the other person and won for our favor.
I only had to contact him a few times, but the process from start to finish has been great. He was able to find me a good rate for auto coverage, which has dropped several times – each time at my renewal period with the company. Anytime I had questions about whether something was covered under the policy, he was able to answer my questions easily and without having to look things up. If I was curious about how to add coverage to my account, he was quickly able to locate this information and provide me with a quote without a risk of costing me any more money than I am being charged now. I am confident in my agents ability to make sure that I am covered in the chance I do get in a car accident in the future.
