I originally switched to the Mihalcin Agency as my nearest Allstate agent from another Allstate agent who was very difficult to get a hold of. (It’s terrific when you need a copy of your insurance card for inspection, and it’s been a week and your insurance agent still hasn’t responded to email and phone message).
In the approximately three years that the Mihalcin Agency have been my agents, they have always been very pleasant and helpful. They get back to me quickly if any questions require follow-up. I am very happy with the customer service I’ve received from this agent. I usually call every renewal (twice a year) if there are any rate increases, and they have been more than willing to go over each aspect of my bill with me, and help me find any extra discounts I may have become eligible for. They’ve never made me feel like this is a bother for them, and always treat me as if they value my business. I highly recommend them.
