    Eve has been fantastic and has the lowest rates in town., April, 2016

    Eve Hamper has been both my car and home insurance agent for the last 7 years. We have had nothing but a great experience with her and her staff. When my wife and I recently bought a new car and house we shopped around for new home and auto insurance just to be good consumers and make sure we were getting the best deal. Eve had by far the cheapest rates for both types of insurance as well as a better deductible. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a professional, affordable and reliable insurance agent for both home and auto. She really is the definition of dependability and professionalism that I feel like you just don't see as much these days. I bet if you asked any of her other current clients that they'd all agree!

    paperwork process is low, not respond to my call in time as I need, May, 2017

    I found this agent as I moved to Baltimore, MD for my new job. I had had a great time with State Farm services for 4 years, so I looked around the agents near my location and found this. I transferred my car policy from Ohio agent to this agent. First of all, they are useful to help me to transfer. However, the paperwork processing was too slow, it took almost two weeks to do so. After the processing finish, I had a problem with the access to the website to check my policy. When I called to complain with customer services, they told me that my new agent made changes to my policy and did not confirm with me yet. I called the agent to figure out what was happening. After my complaint they said that they will update my information so that I can access to the website as usual and tell me that they will call me when everything are done perfectly. However, I was waiting their call for almost a month and there was nothing happened and I was not be able to access to my account since then. I called them again to complain but they had never returned my call. How is irritated I am? I wrote email to them twice and there was no any responses. I decided to call the customer services to express my concerns about my new agent. They are helpful to figure out the problem and fix it, so that I can access to my account as before. From this awful experience I would say I will be looking for changing to another agent. I do not feel this agent listened well to its customers needs. I would say that in general the State Farm services are still good for me but their agents are as not good as others.
