I have called my agent on multiple occasions and have always been helped quickly. In addition, they have reached out to me when I had an issue with something regarding my policy. If I had a question about my policy or something related to my insurance, they would get back to me quickly, or look up the answer if they didn’t know it. If there was an issue I didn’t even know about, I could count on them to contact me before I found out about it and tell me how to fix it. Questions were always answered thoroughly, either by them or someone else in the office. I haven’t had to make a claim through them, but they have helped me with a claim made on someone else’s insurance policy.
Our experience with this agent has been colored by a number of factors. Our last agent messed up large portions of our policy. We went back to them multiple times to try to get them to fix these issues. We were assured they would fix them. Only when we signed with this new agent did we find out that our last agent had not only caused all these problems, but never actually fixed them. The agent before the last one also filed a claim incorrectly, causing it to be attached to the wrong vehicle. We were left with incorrect ownership of our vehicles, loss of some discounts, incorrect registration information, and a VIN mix-up. We haven’t yet had to make a claim with this agent so I can’t comment on that aspect. Based on the support we’ve received with our issues, I feel like we picked a good agent.
