I always used State Farm for insurance purposes when I lived in Arizona. When I moved cross country, using another State Farm Agent was the easy choice to make. While there are a few other agents in town, Scott’s office was the most convenient and has not disappointed. When I first moved to KY, I took out both an auto policy and renters insurance. Scott’s office made it easy to do both. I’ve also had to file a couple small claims when my old car started deteriorating and I had to use a tow truck on a couple of occasions.Once again, the process for receiving payment from Scott’s office was very smooth and simple. I sent them the tow bill and they took care of the reimbursement immediately. When I finally got a new car, they also made transitioning the policy over to that one a simple process.
