He does not get back to you in a timely manner, his associates never know how to do anything, and he cares little about losing customers.
I have had little interaction with him as most everything is done online now, mostly whenever I needed to come down there to get my new cards, sign something, etc it was through his little pions working there. I was never able to contact him directly even though I had asked several times. I managed to find a backloop to his email and got ahold of him one time that way, and he scolded me and told me to call the office and talk to another person. When I got a new vehicle and needed immediate coverage so I could drive it off the lot, he wouldn’t answer, could not get his underlings to do it that day [I was already at the car lot] and so I ended up having to get a different insurance company just to leave with my new car. Afterward I had tried to switch back to State Farm and was given the run around, and eventually I decided to switch from local agency to strictly online with another agent. They never made any attempt to woo me back, or get a hold of me, and instead I received a check in the mail about 2 months later for 6$ that they owed me back on my policy. Nothing else. They cared little about losing a customer.
