I have not had to deal with him directly for a couple of years now. The last time was when I switched vehicles. We talked about lowering my coverages to bring the bill down a bit. He didn’t try to sell me on too much extra stuff like a lot of people do. He was knowledgable and worked with me to get the best deal I could. He was friendly and answered all my questions so I was comfortable with everything. He sends out personalized? birthday cards and calendars in the mail every year. Also he sends out address stickers around christmas time which is nice also. My issues are mostly with the company policies. Especially about sharing information with other companies and advertisers. He gave me the number to call to opt out but it was a leave your name and account number in a message type of thing with no confirmation that it was done. My rates have gone up as well but I can’t really blame him directly I guess. Overall I am satisfied.
