She is so unprofessional. I should’ve immediately walked right out door as soon as saw her eating a cup of noodles while sitting at her desk. I had an appointment to meet with her and she seemed completely unprepared for my arrival. She kept calling me by the wrong name. I lost count how many times I had to correct her. She had some of my information mixed up as well. I was only interested in getting car insurance, but she kept confusing it with home and motorcycle insurance. I don’t even own a motorcycle! The only reason I stayed was because she came highly recommended by a good friend of mine. I honesly hope I will never be in need of her services because I am not very confident in her abilities.
