   Overall, my experience with this agent has been outstanding. I have not had any claims filed, so my experience with him specifically has been limited. However, during the initial opening of my insurance, my agent was cordial, responsive, and exceptionally helpful. I have full confidence in Mr. McCarthy should I ever need to file a claim against my auto insurance.

   Mr. McCarthy also makes sure to be reachable for all of his clients. Many of my neighbors rely on Mr. McCarthy for their insurance needs. He is a well known commodity in my neighborhood and he is widely panned as an exceptional insurance agent.

   I would strongly recommend Mr. McCarthy to any of my friends or family members who are looking for new insurance lines. I am confident he would represent their best interests.

   Matthew is a wonderful insurance agent and I love working with him.

   Matthew is a very knowledgeable
   and reliable insurance agent. He has extended hours to be available to the most number of his customers. He is very kind, friendy, and always willing to help. He always knows the answers to my questions and is able to explain them in a very comprehensible yet thorough way. If for some reason he doesn’t know the answer, he always knows exactly who to contact to find out for me. He does this quickly and efficiently. He always gets back to me within 24 hours, if not sooner. He also makes sure to ask how I and my family are doing which just shows that added dedication and great customer service. He is tentative, helpful, and competent. I chose Geico because it was the most cost effective plan for me, but I have stayed a customer because of Matthew.

   The agent was very professional and the experience was just what I needed.

   This agent is very professional and handles his clients in a way that shows his professionalism. Matthew is very prompt and very available if you need to reach him. When it comes to claims this person is very good at getting things in line and very knowledgeable about vehicles and repairs in general. When recommending policies and coverages the agent is sure to only recommend things he knows you will need. There are no hidden fees and the expectations of me are simple and easy to understand. Everyone there is also incredibly easy to work with in addition to Matthew. When my car was hit in a hit and run, they not only kept the conversation light and easy to understand, but they also made my appointment to have the vehicle looked at. I had a check in hand the next day.
   They also offer great discounts for safe drivers and people with multiple vehicles or policies.
