He is very friendly, and he and his staff provide prompt, thorough service. Their prices are very reasonable, and they offer many discounts for things like save driving and multiple policies. Any time I’ve needed to make a change in coverage, they were able to quickly assist me and make the change-over process very simple and painless. I also love their towing coverage for my vehicle. Our car broke down on the way back from an out-of-state vacation and had to be towed. The cost was $100, which I had to pay for with cash. As soon as we got back home, I called Doug’s office. I went in and they wrote me a reimbursement check right on the spot!”
