Before selecting my agent, I researched around and got many different quotes to see who was the cheapest (but also reputable), because I was on a budget. Allstate happened to be the cheapest I found, and I went to this agent’s office because it was closest to my house. Teresa has been very kind, and easy to get ahold of, which is nice. There have been no hidden fees, which I’m thankful for. I’ve really enjoyed my experience with my agent, considering this is the first time I have ever gotten insurance on my own.I would recommend Teresa to anyone looking for insurance coverage, especially if they are on a budget, but also are looking to save a little cash while doing so. I haven’t had very much experience with my agent, but I feel as though I have gotten someone that is reliable.
