She has always been very quick to take my calls and answer all of my questions.
I enjoy our conversations and always feel that she is getting me the best deals possible.
The biggest thing she ever did for me was stay on the phone with me while I was out car shopping. As I told her which car I was looking at she quoted me rates as I went along. It doesn’t get any more helpful then that.
What is really amazing is that she is a one-person show. She seems to keep busy but you would never know that. She takes the time to answer all questions and never makes you feel like you are being rushed when you are on the phone with her, She also tells me about personal situations with herself and her family with regard to what they are using and paying for insurance. I cannot say enough good about her.
What is really amazing is for all that I am saying I have been a less then perfect customer. I know that I have called too many times with too many questions. I have also let my policy lapse on more then one occasion,
Each time I return I expect to be made to feel bad or not been taken seriously but that is never the case. Each time I have spoken with her she is just as courteous and helpful as the last. It is always a comfortable experience and that is saying a lot.
