One day I was in my downstairs family room and noticed water droplets coming out of one of the electric outlets! I was concerned because first of all there was a leak coming from outside of my house into the inside. Then it was coming out of an electric outlet and I was concerned about a fire or some other problem with my electric wiring. So I called my Allstate agent right away. She asked me to send her some pictures and she would get back to me. She called me the next day and said they would send someone out to assess the problem. However she called back the next day and said they would not have to send anyone out to look at the damage. Instead, they were ready to cut me a check. I have to admit the amount they sent me was more than I paid for the repair! Fortunately I was able to find someone who could fix the repair right away. And I even had money left over to add to my vacation fund. So I have stuck with this agency. I guess you can see why!”
