I have used Sandy for my insurance needs ever since I lived with my parents. As one of her younger customers, she does an excellent job in making sure that I understand the ins and outs of my insurance policies. She is trustworthy, and I never feel as if I’m being manipulated or price gouged. Sandy has many years of experience as an insurance agent, and I feel as if the service I receive is the best in my area. I have always felt confident that if I call her office with a question or concern, my needs are thoroughly addressed. Because of my positive experiences with Sandy and her office, I am considering purchasing other services from her, particularly financial products. I have yet to have a negative experience with this agent, and I would have no problem recommending her to friends and family.

Had more issues than I'd liked to have had.
I’ve had a few issues with this agent’s office; the only reason I put up with it is because they offer me the lowest rate. I’ve been over-charged before, I’ve been double-charged, and I have been spoken to very rudely by one of their workers over an issue that was their fault. I asked to be removed from their auto-charge setup because they were overcharging me. When I switched from being auto-charged, the representative told me because I was switching, I had to wait 2 months to make my next payment. Once the two months was up, I called to make my payment and was told that my account past due. The girl then proceeded to tell me had I not called that day, they would have dropped my account. Turns out they never switched my plan over. Now that I pay month to month on my own without the auto-pay, the issues have stopped.
