My experience has been fair overall.
I have had a fair experience with my car insurance agent. When I first got insurance with this company, I would receive phone calls telling me things that need to be completed. I signed up for autopay so my monthly fee can be taken out of my account automatically. I have not had any communication with my insurance agent for about 3 months. This is odd because I know that I was suppose to sign more paperwork but I have not heard back from her. I figured that she must have taken care of it or it was not that important. Even though the coverage is better, the price is a bit more expensive compared to other insurance agencies. Overall, I would definitely recommend this insurance agent to others because of the coverage provided. I have called other Allstate agents and have been offered insurance for even more than my insurance agent.
