When I first signed up with them, which was also a really annoying task because there’s no way to just register online and SEE what you’re getting into, I informed them I needed the minimum coverage necessary to cover my auto loan. I’m full time college student and part-time worker. I was willing to pay a decent amount. I went with them because most I saw they were handing out for full coverage was about $100-150, which I found reasonable. Well, my first bill was nearly $200.00, when I know very well there was no reason for that. Secondly, my bill only continued to go up EVERY MONTH by $10.00 for NO reason! I called to other insurance agencies and they all informed me I could find way better rates that were more personalized with care.
