I am new to this area and recently purchased a used car and needed insurance for it. My brother in law who has lived in this area for about a year or so recommended this agent because he said he was happy with her service. As a new resident and a new motorist in this area, I have had very limited interaction with this agent,however I did go her office to sign some papers for her, and the experience was very pleasant and was handled in a prompt and courteous manner. I also had some experience speaking to members of her staff on the phone, and they were helpful and informative regarding the matter that I called to ask about. The only issue I have had is not having a payment that I made, credited to my account in a timely manner.
