It’s been almost two years since Kristen responded to a voicemail, email or text. Seriously, what’s the point of having an agent when you have to rely on Liberty Mutual corporate to discuss policy renewals or claims.
Kristen has always been kind and knowledgeable. She provides excellent advise and helped my husband and I choose the correct coverage. She really took her time to get to know us and our needs rather than rush us. Shes easy to get a hold of. We can call, text, email and she responds quickly. I like that she is local and if we needed to we can go into a physical office. I have called to make changes on the weekend and she is always available and kind. I have been her client for quite some time now and have never had a complaint. My rate went up once and she was able to explain why and even help get it back down. I highly recommend her to everyone I know.
