This agent and the agency staff have always been attentive and efficient in their interaction with me. They are in relatively frequent contact and keep lines of communication open. Whenever I have had a question I have felt free to drop by the office or call for information. My concerns have always been addressed promptly and to my satisfaction. My policy options have been clearly explained and they encourage a yearly review to make sure that the policy meets my current needs. I appreciate that the priority of the agency is to address my needs rather than taking every opportunity to sell me new coverage. A couple of years ago my car was totaled in an accident. The staff could not have been more helpful. The very unpleasant situation was resolved professionally and with a minimum of disruption to my life.
