My experience with this agent has been a positive one. She has proved to be friendly to interact with and she efficiently answers any questions that come up. She also replies to emails very quickly, so I am never kept waiting too long. She gave her opinion on how my policy could be improved, and I felt that I could trust her expertise and it did not seem like she was trying to jack up the price of my policy for no reason. She provided her rationale for her reasoning and broke down the price increases in a way that made sense and made me feel comfortable with making the changes. She also helped me get a quote for my boyfriend and offered help for solving issues of his that were coming up.
