My experience has been overall good, but I haven't had much contact with them.
Purchasing my insurance from the agent was a simple process and they seemed invested in the procedure, which I assume is because it makes them money. The only real contact I’ve had with the agent has been when I attempted to file a claim when someone hit me I was not impressed by this because the insurance agent wound up applying the accident as something that I caused instead of the other way around, even though the other person had merged into my lane and side swiped me. All in all, I suppose this is an average experience with people and their insurance agents because I do not believe agents actually care about much beyond their own bottom line. Insurance is basically a scam, and the inability to get to the truth of the accident proved that in my mind.
