The agent was able to get us coverage quickly and walked us through everything. The only complaint was that they put down the wrong model of motorcycle, even though we specified each model. The agent ended up putting my motorcycle as a similar, but much bigger engine model than my actual bike, which led to us being over charged for a few months. This was irritating and they just fixed it instead of offering to refund the difference. However, getting all insurance set up is a pain and our experience has been mostly good so I am not inclined to change providers yet. They were able to get us covered same day for all other policies. It would be nice however if we were able to set up autopay over the phone with a card, as they only allow it with a bank account number. We would also like to be aware of my self service options.
