Dianne is friendly, understanding, very knowledgeable and takes the time to make sure that I have the policy that I needed. She asked numerous questions to determine my requirements, pointed out things that I may have overlooked or not fully considered, and then suggested several options which broadly matched the information I had provided. With each option she explained the benefits in detail. If there was anything that was ambiguous she took the time to make sure I fully understood the purpose of that element of the coverage. Once I had made a coverage selection she provided an instant quote/price. The price was somewhat higher than I was expecting. At that time we went back and adjusted a few of the coverage elements that she felt were not totally necessary and would reduce the price. I was happy with the revised coverage and price. Completing the paperwork was quick and efficient.
